After participating in numerous sports since I was a kid, I decided to enter to the Naval Academy in Chile when I was 15 years old. After 4 years of hard training and be involved in really high level sports I graduated from the Naval Academy as a Navy Officer. After one year in duty and getting an injury I could not complete my purpose to finish the Navy Seal course. However, from that point, life started to bring me new real good experiences. Once I quit the Navy I enter college to get a new BS in engineering, when I was running my third year I went to work to Washington DC as IT engineer. Something I was really missing and wrong, 8 hours in a desktop and the first time in my life away from the sports was not an option. In that time I joined a semi-pro soccer team in DC which changed all my perspective on life, once I met a lot of coaches related to sports and fitness I decided to start a new journey. I came back to my country and I entered with a full ride scholarship to one of the best Universities in Latin America, after 5 years I got my BS in PE and Exercise Science finishing as the first of my class and writing my thesis about "Pilates & Yoga for Down Syndrome population". In college, I really brought my education to the next level with the great curricular that I had in anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports nutrition etc and the most important my internship and classes to know how to teach in different levels, environment, population. In my time in college, I tried to practice all the sports possible, I was part of the varsity team of soccer, gymnastics, Track & Field, swimming, diving and I added others new like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Rowing and parkour and so many others getting the best shape of my life and trying to use every method of training in order to develop my full potential as a human being and coach.
In training with me you will develop your endurance, strength, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and most importantly a mind without limits, with discipline, motivation, and enjoyment of physical activity.
